Each center is staffed with a board certified physician who oversees our medically supervised weight loss programs.
He/She works closely with the center nurse and counselor, who monitor your weight loss progress. Our center physician offers you an effective safeguard through the screening process at the beginning and end of each program. He/She will help establish your eligibility for the programs based on a comprehensive medical screening, which includes an EKG, review of your medical history, and blood work. Our comprehensive client medical history and weight loss questionnaire helps determine which weight loss system would provide the best opportunity for your weight loss success. Further medical protocol such as a urinalysis test and timely reviews of your progress may be performed depending on the program you select. The physician will review mandatory lab data, monitor and sign all EKG and blood work, and follow up with any additional testing as necessary. He/She will perform your initial physician exam, your post screening physical, and any periodic exams as needed, depending on the program you select.
