1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.pwlc.com and the products and services offered through it (the “Services”) by PWLC Internet Company, LLC, an HMG Internet Distribution Company and agent for Physicians WEIGHT LOSS Centers® of America, Inc. (“PWLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use the Services.

2. PWLC Is Not a Healthcare Provider

PWLC does not provide medical care, diagnose or treat any condition, or prescribe or dispense medication. Using the Services does not create a provider-patient relationship with PWLC.

Telehealth services and prescription access referenced on our website are provided through WellSync, an independent virtual care platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. When you select a medication option, you will leave our website, and your use of WellSync is governed by the WellSync Terms and Conditions and WellSync Privacy Policy. All decisions about prescription medication are made solely by independent licensed providers.

Third-Party Beneficiary Status of Healthcare Providers

WellSync and the healthcare providers, pharmacies, and laboratories that provide services facilitated through WellSync shall be considered third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. You agree that all claims arising from medical treatment, prescriptions, or laboratory services must be directed to the responsible healthcare provider or third-party vendor and not to PWLC.

3. Health Disclaimer

Content provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any diet, nutritional product, or exercise program. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
